At the most recent meeting of UN-HABITAT’s World Urban Forum, held April 6-11, 2014, in Medellín, Colombia, former SACRPH president Eugenie Birch was elected chair of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme’s World Urban Campaign (WUC). The WUC is a global coalition of public, private, and civil society partners acting to promote sustainable urbanization.
