Full Conference Registration
Full conference registration includes admission to all plenaries, panel sessions, a poster session, the book exhibit, two breakfasts, two lunches, and three catered evening receptions (plus one additional reception for graduate students). Attendees may also sign up for optional tours on Thursday and Sunday.

Note: Non-member rate and student rate include a year’s membership to SACRPH. Current members can register at these rates and get a year added to their membership.
Single-Day Registration Options
(reserved for those attending the conference for just one day)
- Friday or Saturday only: $180
- Thursday only: $35
Note: Thursday-only rate is reserved for local residents who would like to attend the Thursday roundtable and reception. Presenters and full attendees should not register at this level, as it is for Thursday’s events only.
Purchasing Advertisements for the Program
The registration portal also offers options for those interested in purchasing black-and-white advertisements in the conference program.
Advertising Rates:
1/4-page: $125
1/2-page: $250
Full page: $500

Book Exhibitor Registration
The registration portal also offers purchase options for book exhibitors. Exhibitors may reserve a 72″ x 30″ exhibitor table and register for $330. This fee includes all conference meals for one representative. Exhibitors may send materials directly to the hotel beginning on October 24th.
